EXHIBIT INFORMATION

IACFS/ME CONFERENCE - September 22-25, 2011

Location: Delta Ottawa City Centre Hotel.

Exhibit Hours:

Patient Conference

Thursday, September 22^nd:  10:00am – 5:00pm

Professional Conference

Friday, September 23rd and Saturday, September 24^th: 10:00am – 5:00pm 

Exhibitor Badges: Must be worn at all times during the Conference 

Set-Up: Thursday, September 22^nd – 8:00am – 10:00am

Exhibit Area Size: Each exhibitor will be provided with approximately a 10’ x 10’ area.

Provided: One 6’ skirted table, two chairs 

Shipping: There will be no pipe and drape, decorator or contracted drayage company.  If you have exhibit materials that need to be shipped please contact the Delta Ottawa City Centre Hotel directly to make arrangements.
