In preparation for next week’s IACFS/ME Conference, September 22-25, we would like to make you aware of some key Conference details:

 

Registration will be open on Wednesday, September 21st from 3:00-8:00 pm if you wish to pick up your badge and printed materials early and avoid the rush on Thursday morning.

Lecture Hall
All lectures will be held in the Delta Ottawa City Centre Hotel. Specific rooms will be indicated in your printed materials given out at the Conference Registration Counter.

 

Conference Registration
Registration is located on the lower level adjacent to the International Ballroom at the Delta Ottawa City Centre Hotel.

Registration will be open on Wednesday, September 21st from 3:00-8:00 pm if you wish to pick up your badge and printed materials early and avoid the rush on Thursday morning.

Registration will also be open during regular conference hours.

 

Name Badges
Name badges will be given out at Registration and must be worn during all lectures and conference functions.

 

Recording
Recordings or photography of any nature during the conference will not be permitted.

 

IACFS/ME Awards Banquet – Saturday evening at 7:00 pm
Additional banquet tickets for spouses, guests and patients will be available at Conference Registration for $100.
